Something new Generation Rescue wanted to add at the Autism Education Summit® was a fun sensory area in the marketplace for kids.
Creating a ball pit seemed like a daunting task - especially since it was one of the first things on my to-do list with the company!
After a few edits, we landed on a mock up they loved.
It turned into the most adorable hang out and meet up spot for the kids at the Summit.
The design still went along with our modern approach without matching perfectly so it could be used for any event!
Social Media Branding
One of the most exciting things as a designer is to be given some images, a color palette and full creative freedom.
That's what I received when I was asked to redesign BratKnee's social media and YouTube channel aesthetic.
With the color palette, I was immediately inspired by classic 80's geometric backgrounds. I played around with different shapes until I felt triangles served a creative design but also offered a directional focus.
Plus how often do you design the client standing on their own head and they love it!?
My love for the YouTube community drove me to start designing video thumbnails for creators.
One of my best recurring clients turned out to be Jared Koons, a YouTuber who is constantly giving me weird content to work with and always saying "do whatever you want."
It's been such a fun experience to try new styles and new approaches for designs!
